Dr Justin Dibbens is the Principal of the firm. He is a registered Australian Patent and Trade Mark Attorney and a Fellow of the Institute Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia. Justin has assisted clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to multinational companies.
Justin is a graduate of the University of Adelaide and has a PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology. He has held a Visiting Fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, Bethesda Maryland and a Fricker Fellowship in the Department of Medicine at the University of Adelaide.
Justin has extensive experience in advising, protecting, defending and enforcing all forms of registrable intellectual property, including patents, trade marks and designs.
In addition to his experience as a patent and trade mark attorney, Justin also has experience in commercialising intellectual property rights.
