Dr Justin Dibbens is the Principal of Dibbens Intellectual Property.
Justin is a registered Australian Patent and Trade Mark Attorney and a Fellow of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.
Justin is a graduate of the University of Adelaide and has a PhD in Biochemistry. He has held a Post Doctoral Fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, Bethesda Maryland and a Fricker Fellowship at the University of Adelaide.
Justin has extensive experience in protecting, defending and enforcing all forms of registrable intellectual property, including patents, trade marks and designs.
In addition to his experience as a patent and trade mark attorney, Justin also has experience in commercialising intellectual property rights.
